Japan: Demon Slayer Themed Airplanes To Fly Next Year

Nippon Airways is teaming up with Demon Slayer franchise to bring “Demon Slayer themed aircrafts” starting from January 2021, on domestic routes.

According to The Japan Times, Demon Slayer themed aircrafts will feature in-flight announcements from the voices of Tanjiro, Nezuko, and Zenitsu. From Dec 1, a year long campaign will be started, where children will be given anime inspired toys and other various things. Episodes of Demon Slayer anime series will also be shown in the flight.

Demon Slayer: Mugen Train Arc is currently airing worldwide, and this is the perfect opportunity to promote the franchise.

In case you don’t know, the TV ratings of Demon Slayer are currently declining. The main reason behind the low rating is that there is no new content. “Mugen Train Arc” which is currently airing on TV, is already seen by most of the audience, in the form of Demon Slayer: Mugen Train film.

However, Demon Slayer season 2 will be in full swing once the “Entertainment District Arc” begins on Dec 5, 2021. The demon Slayer new arc will also receive new opening and ending theme songs by Aimer.

Miyuki Sawashiro will voice the new antagonist of “Entertainment District Arc” called Daki. Miyuki is well known in the anime industry for voicing some of the fan favorite characters like Kurapika from Hunter x Hunter, Koyonagi from Wotakoi and Bishamon from Norogami.
